Common questions about Kolva. Click any question to expand the answer.

What is Kolva?

Kolva is a business AI layer for ERP-connected teams. It connects source systems across Field, Finance, operations, production, and supply so teams can work from trusted context, risk signals, priorities, and actions.

How does the trial work?

The 21-day trial is configured around the scope agreed with your team: users, data, Field seats and any business capabilities to evaluate. It does not imply access to every hub. Demo data can be provided to explore the agreed scope before connecting your own data.

What happens when my trial ends?

At the end of the trial, your team reviews the agreed scope and decides which named Field seats and separately licensed business capacities to continue. Subscription and data-handling terms follow the signed order or trial agreement.

How does progressive pricing work?

  • First 10 Field seats — $109/seat/month
  • Field seats 11-25 — $89/seat/month
  • Field seats 26-50 — $79/seat/month
  • Field seats 51-100 — $69/seat/month
  • 101+ Field seats — Custom quote

Each rate applies only to the named Field seats inside its bracket; public pricing starts at 5 Field seats. A Field seat includes the platform, AI layer, Field execution, mobile apps and governed MCP access according to permissions. Finance, Lab, Supply, Production, Maintenance and R&D are licensed separately by business capacity. See Pricing for current terms.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Kolva uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. ERP agents run on your network and push data outbound — no inbound ports required. For full details, see our Security Policy.

What languages does Kolva support?

Kolva supports English, French, Spanish, and German across the entire platform — including business AI, Voice CFO, decision briefs, narrative reports, and the mobile app. Each user can set their preferred language in Settings > Preferences. The AI automatically detects and responds in the user's language.

What is the difference between the Field and Finance hubs?

The Commercial hub is for field teams: visit management, client portfolios, deal pipeline, decision briefs, coaching, gamification, quotes, and mobile access.

The Finance hub is for CFOs and finance teams: consolidated P&L, cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, narrative reports, vendor intelligence, entity benchmarking, and ERP integration.

A named Field seat licenses the Commercial hub. Finance is a separate business-capacity license. When both capabilities are contracted, authorized users can use their connected business context without one license being presented as included in the other.

What changes with an annual commitment?

Commitment, activation, billing cadence and any separately licensed business capacities follow the signed order. Current public Field tiers, capacity prices and multi-hub terms are listed on the Pricing page.
