Installing the Mobile App

Use the native Android app, the native iOS app, or the optional browser PWA, then configure notifications and offline access.

Kolva is available through a native Android app, a native iOS app, and an optional browser-based Progressive Web App (PWA). Use the channel approved for your organization and role.

Native Android App

  1. Open the official Kolva listing on Google Play.
  2. Tap Install, then open the native Android app.
  3. Sign in with your Kolva credentials and approve only the permissions required for your authorized workflows.

Native iOS App

Kolva also has a native iOS application. Follow the distribution and installation instructions provided for your organization, or contact your administrator or Kolva support.

Note: Native iOS availability and distribution can differ from the optional browser PWA. Use the channel communicated for your deployment.

Optional Browser PWA

  • Open in a browser — Navigate to www.kolva.ai/app and sign in.
  • iOS browser option — In Safari, use Share > Add to Home Screen.
  • Android browser option — In Chrome, use Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu.

Enabling Push Notifications

Kolva uses push notifications to deliver important alerts directly to your phone:

  • Daily briefing — AI-generated summary of your day, delivered at 7:30 AM.
  • Manager nudges — Coaching prompts and performance alerts.
  • Deal updates — Pipeline changes and follow-up reminders.
  • Cross-subsidiary opportunities — Alerts when the AI detects synergies across your group.

After installing the app, you will be prompted to allow notifications. Tap Allow. You can manage notification preferences at any time from Settings > Notifications.

Offline Mode

Kolva works even without an internet connection. When you go offline:

  • Your client list, visit history, and pipeline data remain accessible from the local cache.
  • You can check in, take notes, and check out — all actions are queued locally.
  • A subtle banner at the top of the screen indicates offline status.
  • When connectivity returns, Kolva syncs all queued actions automatically.

Pro Tip: Pull down on any screen to force a data refresh when you are back online. Kolva also supports haptic feedback on compatible devices for a more responsive feel.

Next Steps

With the mobile app installed, you are ready to plan and execute your first client visit. See Planning Your First Client Visit to continue.
