Kolva prices Field through progressive named seats. Finance, Lab, Supply, Production, Maintenance and R&D are licensed separately by business capacity.
Progressive Field seat pricing
Each rate applies only to the named Field seats inside its bracket. Public pricing starts at 5 Field seats:
- First 10 Field seats — $109/seat/month
- Field seats 11-25 — $89/seat/month
- Field seats 26-50 — $79/seat/month
- Field seats 51-100 — $69/seat/month
- 101+ Field seats — Custom quote
Example: 20 named Field seats cost $1,980 per month: the first 10 seats at $109 and the next 10 at $89.
What a named Field seat includes
A Field seat is assigned to one person and gives that user access, according to their role and permissions, to:
- The Kolva platform and Field execution workflows.
- The business AI layer and governed automations available to the role.
- Web, Android and iOS access.
- Governed MCP access for compatible assistants when authorized.
Business capabilities licensed separately
Finance, Lab, Supply, Production, Maintenance and R&D each use their own business-capacity license. Field seats do not unlock these capabilities. Their scope, role access, pricing and any multi-hub terms follow the selected capacity and signed order.
Trial and commercial terms
The 21-day trial’s users, data and capabilities follow the scope agreed before activation; it does not automatically include every hub. Current Field tiers, capacity prices, add-ons, quote thresholds and multi-hub terms are published on the Pricing page; contracted terms follow the signed order.
Payment methods and invoices
Contracted customers can manage payment methods and download invoices from Settings > Billing. The Stripe customer portal accepts major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation
Cancellation and renewal terms follow the signed order form. Contact support if you need to update Field seat volume, licensed business capacities, billing details, PO numbers or tax information.
