Billing & Plans

Compare Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, understand Finance hub pricing, manage payment methods, and download invoices.

Kolva offers flexible pricing for teams of all sizes, with separate plans for the Field Sales hub and the Finance hub. This article covers plan comparison, upgrading, payment management, and invoicing.

Field Sales Plans

All Field Sales plans are billed per user, per month. Annual billing saves 15%.

  • Starter — $49/user/month — Core field sales tools: visits, pipeline, clients, reports, mobile app (PWA), and offline mode. No AI features.
  • Pro — $89/user/month — Everything in Starter plus all 19 AI engines: daily briefings, voice orders, churn prediction, route optimization, AI chat, and more.
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing — Everything in Pro plus SSO/SAML, advanced security, SLA guarantees, dedicated support, and custom integrations. Contact sales for a quote.

Finance Hub Pricing

The Finance hub is priced by entity count, not by user:

  • Solo — $499/month — For 1 to 2 entities. Full Finance hub with all 10 AI engines.
  • Multi — $499 + $349/additional entity — For 3 to 19 entities. Includes cross-entity benchmarking and consolidation.
  • Enterprise — Custom — For 20+ entities with dedicated infrastructure and support.

Pro Tip: Bundle Field Sales and Finance together to save 15% on both. This is ideal for companies that want a unified view of commercial and financial performance.

Upgrading or Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from Settings > Billing:

  1. Click Change Plan.
  2. Select your new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  3. When upgrading, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Managing Payment Methods

Kolva accepts all major credit and debit cards. To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Manage Payment to open the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Add, remove, or update your card. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Invoice History

All invoices are available for download from Settings > Billing > Invoices. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of charges by user and plan. Invoices are generated automatically after each payment and can be downloaded as PDF.

Note: If you need a custom invoice format, PO numbers, or VAT details on your invoices, contact support at support@kolva.ai and we will configure your billing profile accordingly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days — you can reactivate at any time during this window without losing anything.
