Field Sales hub:
- Starter ($49/user/month) — Core field sales tools without AI features.
- Pro ($89/user/month) — Full AI suite: briefings, voice debrief, churn prediction, and all 19 AI engines.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing with SSO, advanced security, dedicated support, and SLA.
Finance hub:
- Solo ($499/month) — 1-2 entities.
- Multi ($499 + $349/entity/month) — 3-19 entities.
- Enterprise — 20+ entities, custom pricing.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

What is the difference between the Field and Finance hubs?
The Field Sales hub is for commercial teams: visit management, client portfolios, deal pipeline, AI briefings, coaching, gamification, quotes, and the mobile PWA app.
The Finance hub is for CFOs and finance teams: consolidated P&L, cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, narrative reports, vendor intelligence, entity benchmarking, and ERP integration.
You can use either hub independently, or both together. When combined, Kolva's cross-hub intelligence correlates field activity with financial outcomes — a capability unique to Kolva.
