What is Kolva?
Kolva is an AI copilot for commercial and financial performance. It combines two hubs — Field Sales (visit management, pipeline, AI briefings, coaching, gamification) and Finance (consolidated dashboards, cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, narrative reports) — into a single platform. The AI connects both sides, correlating field activity with financial outcomes in a way no other tool does.
How does the free trial work?
The trial lasts 21 days and includes full access to every feature, including all 19 AI engines and the Finance hub. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, Kolva generates demo data so you can explore the platform immediately, even before importing your own data.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial ends, you choose a plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). If you do not select a plan, your account pauses — no data is deleted. You can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan. Demo data is automatically cleared 7 days after the trial ends.
What plans are available and can I switch?

Field Sales hub:

  • Starter ($49/user/month) — Core field sales tools without AI features.
  • Pro ($89/user/month) — Full AI suite: briefings, voice debrief, churn prediction, and all 19 AI engines.
  • Enterprise — Custom pricing with SSO, advanced security, dedicated support, and SLA.

Finance hub:

  • Solo ($499/month) — 1-2 entities.
  • Multi ($499 + $349/entity/month) — 3-19 entities.
  • Enterprise — 20+ entities, custom pricing.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Kolva uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. ERP agents run on your network and push data outbound — no inbound ports required. For full details, see our Security Policy.
What languages does Kolva support?
Kolva supports English, French, Spanish, and German across the entire platform — including the AI engines, Voice CFO, briefings, narrative reports, and the mobile app. Each user can set their preferred language in Settings > Preferences. The AI automatically detects and responds in the user's language.
What is the difference between the Field and Finance hubs?

The Field Sales hub is for commercial teams: visit management, client portfolios, deal pipeline, AI briefings, coaching, gamification, quotes, and the mobile PWA app.

The Finance hub is for CFOs and finance teams: consolidated P&L, cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, narrative reports, vendor intelligence, entity benchmarking, and ERP integration.

You can use either hub independently, or both together. When combined, Kolva's cross-hub intelligence correlates field activity with financial outcomes — a capability unique to Kolva.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly billing on both Starter and Pro plans. If you use both the Field and Finance hubs, the bundle discount is an additional 15%. Enterprise pricing is negotiated individually. See our Pricing page for full details.
