Kolva's mobile app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it installs directly from your browser, works offline, and receives push notifications. No app store download required.
Installing on iOS (Safari)
- Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to app.kolva.ai.
- Sign in with your Kolva credentials.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm the name (Kolva) and tap Add.
The Kolva icon now appears on your home screen. Launching it opens the app in full-screen mode, just like a native app.
Note: You must use Safari on iOS. Other browsers (Chrome, Firefox) do not support PWA installation on Apple devices.
Installing on Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome on your Android device and navigate to app.kolva.ai.
- Sign in with your Kolva credentials.
- Chrome will display an Install banner at the bottom of the screen. Tap it.
- If the banner does not appear, tap the three-dot menu in the top right and select Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Tap Install to confirm.
Enabling Push Notifications
Kolva uses push notifications to deliver important alerts directly to your phone:
- Daily briefing — AI-generated summary of your day, delivered at 7:30 AM.
- Manager nudges — Coaching prompts and performance alerts.
- Deal updates — Pipeline changes and follow-up reminders.
- Cross-subsidiary opportunities — Alerts when the AI detects synergies across your group.
After installing the app, you will be prompted to allow notifications. Tap Allow. You can manage notification preferences at any time from Settings > Notifications.
Offline Mode
Kolva works even without an internet connection. When you go offline:
- Your client list, visit history, and pipeline data remain accessible from the local cache.
- You can check in, take notes, and check out — all actions are queued locally.
- A subtle banner at the top of the screen indicates offline status.
- When connectivity returns, Kolva syncs all queued actions automatically.
Pro Tip: Pull down on any screen to force a data refresh when you are back online. Kolva also supports haptic feedback on compatible devices for a more responsive feel.
