The Kolva dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of your sales performance. This article explains each section of the dashboard and how to customize it for your role.
KPI Cards
The top row of the dashboard displays your key performance indicators at a glance. Each card shows the current value, the trend compared to the previous period, and a spark chart:
- Visits This Week — Total client visits completed, with a comparison to the same period last week.
- Orders — Number of orders placed and total revenue generated in the current period.
- Pipeline Value — Total value of open deals across all stages of your pipeline.
- Revenue — Closed revenue for the current month, with progress toward your monthly target.
Pro Tip: Click on any KPI card to drill down into the underlying data. For example, clicking "Visits This Week" opens a detailed list of all visits with timestamps, clients, and outcomes.
Charts and Visualizations
Below the KPI cards, the dashboard displays interactive charts powered by Recharts:
- Revenue over time — Bar or line chart showing daily, weekly, or monthly revenue trends.
- Visit activity — Heatmap or bar chart of visit frequency by day and time.
- Pipeline funnel — Visual breakdown of deals by stage, showing conversion rates between stages.
- Client segmentation — Distribution of clients across A, B, and C segments.
Time Filters
Use the time filter dropdown in the top right corner to adjust the dashboard period:
- Today — Real-time data for the current day.
- This Week — Monday through today (default view).
- This Month — First of the month through today.
- Custom Range — Pick any start and end date for historical analysis.
Role-Specific Views
The dashboard adapts to your role automatically:
- Commercial (Rep) — Sees their own KPIs, personal pipeline, and individual targets.
- Manager — Sees team-wide metrics, a leaderboard, rep effort scores, and the live map of all field reps.
- Admin — Sees company-wide analytics, billing status, integration health, and AI engine usage.
- Finance — Sees the Finance hub dashboard with consolidated P&L, cash flow, and anomaly alerts.
Note: Managers can toggle between their personal dashboard and the team view using the switcher at the top of the page. This lets you see exactly what your reps see.
