Team Check-in Map

Review every authorized on-site check-in as a timestamped GPS visit proof, alongside business activity indicators — without continuous team tracking.

The team map gives authorized managers a shared view of on-site visit check-ins. Every point is a GPS proof recorded when a rep actively checks in; it is not the rep’s current position.

Visit proof points

Open Team Map from the sidebar. For the selected business day, the map displays every valid on-site check-in visible through your team hierarchy:

  • One marker per check-in — A rep can therefore have several points during the day.
  • Recorded time — The popup shows when the proof was captured.
  • Client or prospect — The related account is shown when available.
  • Visit identity — Each marker is tied to one visit record for auditability.

Important A marker proves where an on-site visit was checked in. It does not prove where the rep is now, which road they took, or whether they are travelling between two clients.

Business activity indicators

The team panel can also show visit, order, revenue and recent business-activity indicators. These statuses come from recorded actions; they are not inferred from a live GPS feed.

Privacy rules

  • GPS is stored only after an explicit check-in for a physical visit.
  • Phone-call visits and check-out do not collect GPS.
  • Kolva does not send a continuous location heartbeat or collect location in the background.
  • Managers only see check-ins allowed by company and team-hierarchy permissions.

Good practice Use the map to confirm visit coverage and discuss planned-versus-actual activity. Use the visit timeline for the complete business context instead of interpreting a check-in as a live location.
